We design, build and launch mobile apps and SaaS platforms — from the first sketch to the App Store, Google Play, and production infrastructure that scales without a server to babysit.

LCA — Leadership & Clerk App

iOS · Android · Web — available now

LCA is an administration app for local congregation leaders. It replaces the scattered notebooks, group chats and spreadsheets a leadership team runs on with one shared, private workspace — tasks, interviews, meeting agendas, worship service planning and callings — synced across the whole presidency and designed to be used one-handed, on a phone, in the ten minutes before a meeting starts.

One workspace for the whole team Tasks, interviews, meetings, callings and announcements — assigned, tracked and visible to every counselor, never to another unit.
Guided worship service planner A single scrolling flow for speakers, prayers, ordinances and music — with a searchable hymn database that autocompletes by number or title, and a one-tap PDF agenda.
AI meeting assistant Paste in raw, messy meeting notes and get back a structured agenda: decisions separated from discussion, and action items already assigned to the right person.
Native on both stores, three languages Shipped to the App Store and Google Play from one codebase, with Sign in with Apple and Google, fully localized in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Private by design Every query is scoped to the user's own unit, sessions stay revocable server-side, and sensitive records never leave the organization they belong to.

Our Work

Products We've Designed and Built

Some are public, some were built for one person, some are finished and waiting for a market. All of them run in production.

Private client build

Obra Report

Field reporting for construction management

Built for a manager overseeing dozens of building projects at once. On site he captures photos, stage progress and field notes from his phone; the app pulls the day's weather automatically, runs an AI grammar pass over the text, renders a branded monthly PDF and emails it to the stakeholders. An evening of manual document assembly became a two-minute flow.

Financeable

Bilingual personal finance platform

A two-currency (USD/BRL) finance hub that consolidates statements from several US and Brazilian banks into one database. It fingerprints each statement layout to auto-route uploads to the right parser, categorizes transactions with a rules-first engine that only calls the AI when the rules are unsure, then serves monthly, annual and net-worth dashboards — plus an advisor chat that queries the real data through tools rather than guessing at it.

Interview Prep Agent

AI mock-interview coach for visa applicants

Upload a full immigration petition PDF and the app reads it, produces a structured case summary and a personalized study brief, then runs a spoken mock interview — asking questions out loud, listening to the answers, adapting follow-ups to that specific case, and closing with a scored evaluation report. Complete, working, and shelved only because it never got a go-to-market push.

What We Build

From an Idea to Something People Use

Full product work — not a template, not a wireframe deck. We take responsibility for the thing being live.

Mobile Apps

Native iOS and Android apps from a single codebase — including the parts most people underestimate: store accounts, signing, review notes and the submission itself.

  • App Store & Google Play release
  • Offline-friendly, mobile-first UI
  • Apple & Google sign-in

SaaS Platforms

Multi-tenant products with real foundations: accounts, roles, organization scoping, an admin surface and billing-ready plumbing — so the second customer costs nothing to onboard.

  • Auth, roles & org isolation
  • Admin & analytics dashboards
  • Usage and cost tracking

AI Features

AI that does a specific job: reading documents, drafting structured output, answering questions from your own data, or running an agent that calls real tools instead of inventing answers.

  • Grounded in your data (RAG)
  • Tool-using agents
  • Rules first, model second

Internal Tools & Automation

The spreadsheet-plus-email process that everybody hates but nobody has time to replace. We turn it into a tool your team opens on purpose.

  • Data pipelines & imports
  • Automated reporting & PDFs
  • API integrations

How We Work

Small Releases, Early and Often

You should be using something real within weeks — not reading status reports for six months.

STEP 01

Discovery

A conversation about the problem, not the technology. We map the workflow as it actually happens today, agree on what success looks like, and scope a first release small enough to ship.

STEP 02

Design

You see real screens early — on a phone, not in a slide. We settle the look and the flow before production code gets written, because that is the cheapest moment to change your mind.

STEP 03

Build in Phases

Each phase is independently testable and deployable. You get a working version you can put in front of a real user long before the full scope is done.

STEP 04

Launch & Iterate

Store submission, production infrastructure, monitoring — then we keep shipping. The code and the accounts are yours from day one.

Why Clever AI Apps

Product Thinking.
Then Engineering.

Two founders out of enterprise product, program and analytics roles — so the decisions behind the screen get as much attention as the screen itself.

Serverless by Default

Everything runs on edge infrastructure — no servers to patch, no idle capacity to pay for, and response times measured from wherever your users actually are. It scales to zero on a quiet weekend and up again on launch day without anyone being paged.

  • Global edge deployment
  • Encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Data scoped per organization

AI Where It Earns Its Place

We pick the model for the job — Claude, OpenAI or Groq — and we put deterministic rules in front of it wherever rules will do. That keeps answers predictable, keeps token bills small, and means the AI is doing the part it is genuinely better at instead of being sprinkled on for the pitch.

  • Grounded in your own data
  • Structured, validated output
  • Per-feature cost tracking

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

A focused first release is usually 4–8 weeks from the first conversation to something real people are using. Larger platforms are built in phases, so you are never waiting months to see progress — each phase ships on its own. Store review adds a few days on top for mobile releases, which we handle.

Yes. Store submission is part of the work, not an afterthought — developer accounts, signing keys, listing copy, screenshots, privacy declarations, review notes and the back-and-forth with reviewers. Our own app is live on both stores, so the process is well travelled.

You do. The repository, the cloud accounts, the database and the store listings are yours, in your name, from the start. There is no proprietary platform you have to keep renting to keep your product running, and no lock-in if you later want another team to take over.

Often, yes — if your product has an API or a database we can reach, an AI feature can usually be added alongside it without a rewrite. We start by finding the one job in your product where AI actually changes the experience, ship that, and measure it before adding more.

It depends entirely on scope, so we quote after a free first conversation rather than before it. Projects are priced per phase, which means you see a working result and a real cost before committing to the next stage. Running costs are usually small — edge infrastructure scales to zero when nobody is using it.

Yes, and it is designed in rather than bolted on. Data is scoped per organization at the query level, sessions are revocable server-side, secrets never live in the codebase, and nothing from a client project is used as a public example without permission — which is why every screenshot on this site uses demonstration data.
